You will get a voice mail. Please leave details of your name, phone number, date and time of your call. Our office manager, Ms. LeeAnn Murphy will give you a call back within 24 hours.
Initial evaluation appointment is scheduled for 90 minutes. If you need to cancel, please call at least 24 hours ahead. During busy times, we have a waiting list and another child can get the spot. We prefer that primary care takers such as both parents, guardians and grandparents come to the appointment.

We do not take insurance. All fees are expected to be paid at the time of the visit.
